MERY MELROSE XO COGNAC
Mery Melrose XO Cognac is an organic cognac made in the Grande Champagne region, known as one of the finest terroirs for producing cognac. It is aged between 12 and 20 years in both new and old French oak barrels, giving it depth, richness, and complexity. The house of Méry Melrose follows organic farming practices, which enhances the purity and character of this cognac.
Nose
Rich aromas of fresh tobacco, hazelnuts, leather, and a hint of vanilla.
Palate
Mellow and sweet, with flavours of marzipan, fruit cake, liquorice, and notes of figs and grapes.
Finish
Long and full, with lingering flavours of nuts and dried fruit.
