What sets Spirit of Yorkshire apart is its farm-to-bottle philosophy. The barley used for their whisky is grown on their own family farm, and they control every step of the whisky-making process, from growing the grain to bottling the final product. This gives them full oversight of the quality and sustainability of their whisky. The distillery even has its own copper pot stills, designed by Forsyths of Rothes, which are used to craft their single malts.
