The Ranger Rum is definitely in keeping with their ethos. Originally from Jamaica, this has been infused with Spiral Wrack Seaweed, Lime Wedges, Apple Slices and Rosemary Sprigs. These become apparent on the nose with very strong exotic fruits leading the way, followed by hints of rosemary on the tail end.

They recommend trying the Ranger Rum either on the rocks, or with a tonic - like a classic G&T but with more pizazz.
