COPALLI CACAO RUM

Copalli Cacao Rum is an organic, sustainably produced rum from Belize, crafted by Copal Tree Distillery. This rum is a variation of their Copalli line, made by infusing their organic white rum with organic, locally sourced cacao nibs from the rainforest surrounding the distillery.

The rum offers rich and deep chocolate flavours with a hint of vanilla and caramel, balancing the sweetness of the cacao with the smoothness of the rum. It is made using organic sugarcane juice rather than molasses, which results in a more refined and earthy flavour profile. Copalli Cacao Rum is distilled using a pot still, and no artificial ingredients or sweeteners are added, making it an ideal choice for those who appreciate natural and bold flavours in rum.
