The Lowland Rum is definitely in keeping with their ethos. Originally from Jamaica, the rum is brought over to the UK and then aged in Charred American Oak. It is then enhanced by a flavouring process which involves Spiral Wrack Seaweed, Ginger and Black Peppercorns.

They recommend trying the Lowland Rum either on the rocks, with ginger ale, or with cucumber and watermelon (Double Dutch).
