The fourth experimental cask release from Ninefold Distillery was casked on Christmas Eve 2021 in ex-Oloroso sherry octaves (60-litre casks) for a period of 2 years and 9 months. These sherry casks were previously used to mature Scotch whisky before being utilised to age Ninefold's rum.

The rum offers abundant notes of chocolate, fudge, and toffee, accompanied by the unmistakable smokiness of Oloroso sherry, along with subtle fruity whisky undertones.

It is neither chill-filtered nor has any added sugar or colour, so some natural cask sediment may be present.
