Alistair Walker may carry one of the most respected surnames in Scotch Whisky, but his journey has very much been his own. The son of Billy Walker, Alistair grew up immersed in whisky but chose to forge an independent path, building his experience across the industry before launching his own bottling venture.

That venture became Infrequent Flyers — a series defined by characterful, small-batch single casks, often from distilleries that don’t regularly release official bottlings. On both evenings, we’ll be tasting eight drams from the Infrequent Flyers range, with bottles priced from £82 right up to £127, offering a rare opportunity to explore the breadth and quality of Alistair’s work.
