Nose
Sugared macadamia nuts, stewed sultanas and a hint of cocoa sit over a toasted coconut base, giving a rich and inviting sherried profile.
Palate
Sweet, slightly dry and nutty, with dark chocolate-coated walnuts, Demerara sugar, dates and caramel, plus a tingly spice note with allspice and clove.
Finish
Long and warming, with lingering nutty sherry sweetness, dark chocolate, baking spice and a gently drying oak edge.
