Like previous 15-year-old releases of Francis Cuthbert’s expertly crafted, home-grown malt, this Daftmill showcases the elegance that comes with growing maturity. Sweet vanilla now intertwines with delicately spiced custard. Orchard fruits are evolving, becoming gently stewed and roasted. The rich oak framework extends gracefully, softening into a velvety finish. Yet again, this is a brilliant tribute to Fife's finest.

Nose
Initial aromas of fresh green apples and fizzy apple candies are prominent, accompanied by notes of toasted bread, guava, peach, poached pears, and a hint of tinned pineapple.

Flavours of grapefruit and unripe blood orange, transitioning into orchard fruits, reminiscent of the nose.
Finish
The finish is long, featuring orange marmalade and cream crackers.
