Nebbiolo grapes coming from the “Volto della Monta” single vineyard, located in the UNESCO world heritage, Monferraro. Ruby red in colour with garnet hints. Red berries and dried fruits together with spicy notes on the nose. On the palate it is complex with a vanilla and toasted aftertaste. The balanced tannins give the wine an elegant and velvety structure.

Food Pairing: It perfectly matches with ossobuco, risotto and aged cheeses. It can also be served with roasted or grilled meats.
