Amicale is crafted from a unique blend of carefully selected red grapes cultivated in the Veneto region. A portion of these grapes undergoes an over-ripening process directly in the vineyards, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Another portion is subjected to a special drying process in wooden crates within temperature-controlled rooms. The dried grapes are then pressed and vinified. After the final blend is created, part of it is slowly matured in tonneaux for 12 months, adding depth and complexity to the wine.
