MERY VS COGNAC
Mery VS Cognac is an organic cognac produced by the Méry Melrose distillery, located in the Grande Champagne region of Cognac, France. It is made from organically farmed grapes, primarily Ugni Blanc, and is aged in French Limousin oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years. This young cognac is vibrant and fresh, showcasing the terroir of Grande Champagne.
Nose
Fresh and lively, with notes of peach, apricot, and subtle floral hints of violet, along with a touch of mint and chalk.
Palate
Light and crisp, featuring flavours of stone fruits, vanilla, and a hint of spice, balanced by a delicate oak influence.
Finish
Medium length, with lingering notes of fruity sweetness and a soft woody finish.
