Peated Craigmills, also known as Auchinderrom, may not ring a bell to many, but it is more commonly associated with its distillery of origin, Glenglassaugh. This quaint little highland distillery is situated directly between Buckie and Banff on Scotland's northern coast. The specific Auchinderrom was distilled in 2010 and then immediately filled into a first-fill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead. Thirteen years later, it was acquired by Glaschu Spirits, who were eager to bottle this delicious liquid.
