Mapmaker's Coastal Spiced Rum, produced by Dunnet Bay Distillers in Scotland, is a tribute to 17th-century cartographer Timothy Pont, who mapped Scotland's coasts. This rum is crafted through a double distillation process using bespoke copper pot stills, blended with Caribbean rum and pure water from Loch Calder. It is infused with locally sourced botanicals, including lemon verbena, scurvy grass, sea kelp, and Scottish sea salt.

The rum features a distinctive flavour profile with notes of salted caramel, toffee, banana, vanilla, and liquorice, rounded out by a light peppery finish from the scurvy grass and an umami touch from the sea kelp.
