We are currently using a Premium Service from Fedex for most of our deliveries and whilst some deliveries take two days, in most cases the orders are delivered the following day.

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you. This is pretty much north of Perth and is down to our Couriers and outwith our control.

WE ARE SORRY, BUT WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY SHIPPING OVERSEAS, NOR ARE WE ABLE TO SHIP MORE THAN TWO BOTTLES TO NORTHERN IRELAND.

A Delivery Note detailing the Products supplied by us will be stored in one of your delivered parcels, and this is your proof of delivery. If the order is marked as a gift, we will remove all pricing from the paperwork.

If our courier attempts delivery at the delivery address, specified in the order, or as a fall-back attempts delivery with a neighbour but cannot deliver the Products, the courier will retain the Products and will leave a calling card with a Customer Services telephone number for you to call in order to arrange re-delivery. Please note that the courier company can only arrange a specific re-delivery date, and cannot arrange a specific re-delivery time. If you give us your mobile number, SMS messages will be sent during the transit of your parcel. For your security, the courier’s paperwork must be signed, either at the recipients address or a neighbouring address in order to acknowledge receipt of the Products.
The products will be returned to our Collection Depot if they have not been collected from the courier. For returned orders only the cost of the products ordered is refunded less any costs of returning the order.

LOCAL DELIVERIES

Local orders over £30 (DG1 & DG2) can be delivered free of charge. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping options in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose Premium Delivery
