We are currently using Parcelforce for most of our deliveries over 2 bottles and whilst some deliveries take two days, in most cases the orders are delivered the following day. Single bottles will go First Class with Royal Mail. All deliveries are sent on a tracked and signed for service so please ensure that they have either someone to sign for them, or somewhere safe to go.
For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will use the same services but it may take a day or two longer to reach you. This is pretty much north of Perth and is down to our Couriers and outwith our control.
WE ARE SORRY, BUT WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY SHIPPING OVERSEAS, NOR ARE WE ABLE TO SHIP TO NORTHERN IRELAND.
A Delivery Note detailing the Products supplied by us will be stored in one of your delivered parcels, and this is your proof of delivery. If the order is marked as a gift, we will remove all pricing from the paperwork.
If our courier attempts delivery at the delivery address specified in the order, or as a fall-back attempts delivery with a neighbour but cannot deliver the Products, the courier may leave the goods in a safe place or retain the Products and will leave a calling card with a Customer Services telephone number for you to call in order to arrange re-delivery. Please note that the courier company can only arrange a specific re-delivery date, and cannot arrange a specific re-delivery time. If you give us your mobile number, or the mobile number of the recipient, SMS messages will be sent during the transit of your parcel. For your security, the courier’s paperwork must be signed, either at the recipients address or a neighbouring address in order to acknowledge receipt of the Products.
The products will be returned to our Collection Depot if they have not been collected from the courier. For returned orders only the cost of the products ordered is refunded less any costs of returning the order.
CLICK & COLLECT
Where Click & Collect is selected, all goods will remain with us in our store until you collect. You should bring a copy of your order with you when you come to collect, and if you will not be collecting within a month of placing the order please make us aware of this.
LOCAL DELIVERIES
Local orders over £35 (DG1 & DG2) can be delivered free of charge. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping options in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on.
OFF SHORE DESTINATIONS
No supplements are charged for offshore destinations unless a particularly bulky or large order is placed, at which time we will be in touch with you.
