Cocoa nibs, vanilla and cold-brew coffee build layers of mocha, dark chocolate and roasted depth before the beer spends 12 months ageing in Annandale sherry casks. The result is a smooth, indulgent barrel-aged stout with warming richness, coffee bitterness and sweet vanilla character, making it an excellent slow sipper for cooler evenings or after dinner.
