The Caol Ila 9-Year-Old is a single malt Scotch whisky independently bottled by James Eadie. Distilled on 26th June 2015, it matured for nine years, including a seven-month finishing period in a first-fill European oak Palo Cortado sherry hogshead (Cask #378486). Bottled in 2024 at a cask strength of 55.8% ABV, this limited release comprises 356 bottles.

Oily texture featuring smoked orchard fruits—apples, plums, and hints of pear—complemented by chocolate, evolving into prosciutto with olive oil and salt.
Finish
Rich peat smoke, ash, salted chocolate caramel, and smoked meats linger on the palate.
