Prices
The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the web site. If, by mistake, we have wrongly priced an item, we may not be liable to supply that item at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order. The delivery rates will be clearly displayed.
Age Restriction
We will not sell to anyone who is not 18 years of age or over, as the law requires.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are buying a product/s as a gift – the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID.
If the person receiving the order is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the products.

All images and text on the website belong to T B Watson and can only be used with their express permission.
Payment
You can pay for Products purchased from tbwatson.com by using paypal or credit/debit card through Stripe, our secure card payment gateway. We hold no information on your card for security reasons.
All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. We will not deliver any Products prior to these checks and authorisations being completed. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us, we cannot accept your order, and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse and refund any sale as we deem necessary prior to despatch.
Product Information
We endeavour to advertise our products accurately. However we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided on our website about Products, such as photographs, images and descriptions of the Products. Vintage years specified for wines particularly cannot be guaranteed, as due to the very nature of these products they are of limited supply for any vintage year and we often receive new vintages without notification. We constantly update the system with the correct vintage years as and when stocks of older vintages are exhausted. If you are looking for a specific year/age please contact us and we will do our best to source it. Similarly, when bottle shapes change, there may be a delay in getting the image on screen changed to the new design. Again, if you are looking for an older bottling, which you are aware has changed in recent weeks/months, then please do get it touch with us to ensure you get the one you are after.
We sell bottles mainly for the enjoyment of what is inside them. If an order contains products that are not known to us as being for a collector, then we won’t check for tiny marks on labels, tubes etc. so if you are buying to collect, photograph etc. then please do let us know.
If you are sending the item as a gift and you do not want any paperwork going to the recipient, please check the box ‘This is a gift’ and we will remove any pricing. We are happy to pop in a free gift card, just fill out the box with your message on the product page.
Delivery Addresses
We will not deliver direct to Online Whisky Auction Houses unless you have a prior arrangement with us. Flipping/Scalping/Day Trading will not be supported by us in any way. We will cancel and refund any such orders.
Governing Law
Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website will be governed by Scottish Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.
