Ninefold Distillery
Ninefold Distillery is a small, craft rum distillery based in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. Established in 2019 by Dr. Kit Carruthers.
The distillery is located on Dormont Estate, where the production is done from scratch using molasses. Ninefold prides itself on small-batch production with attention to detail, resulting in a range of rums including unaged white rum, spiced rum, and other variants as part of their growing portfolio.
