Tobermory Distillery
Tobermory Distillery, founded in 1798 and located on the Isle of Mull, is one of Scotland's oldest and most picturesque distilleries. It produces two distinct types of whisky: the unpeated Tobermory and the heavily peated Ledaig, capturing the essence of the island's diverse landscape.
The distillery's characterful whiskies are a reflection of its rich history and the vibrant community of Mull. Tobermory's expressions are known for their complexity and maritime influence, with the Ledaig line offering a robust, smoky contrast to the more subtle and floral notes of the unpeated Tobermory malts. The dual personality of its production allows Tobermory Distillery to offer a wide range of flavours, making it a unique and versatile player in the Scotch whisky scene.
