COURVOISIER COGNAC VS
Courvoisier VS (Very Special) is a popular and widely recognised French cognac from the Courvoisier brand. It is made from a blend of eaux-de-vie (distilled wine) from two of the top regions in Cognac, Grande Champagne and Petit Champagne, along with Fins Bois. The "VS" designation means the cognac has been aged for a minimum of two years in French oak barrels, which imparts flavours and complexity to the spirit.
Courvoisier VS is known for its smooth and mellow character, with tasting notes that include ripe fruit, vanilla, toasted oak, and a touch of floral aromas. The cognac has a slightly sweet profile with a warm finish, making it versatile for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in classic cocktails like the Sidecar.
