BOTANIST ISLAY DRY GIN 5CL
The Botanist Islay Dry Gin is a premium, artisanal gin produced by the Bruichladdich Distillery on the Scottish island of Islay. It is crafted using 22 hand-foraged botanicals from Islay, in addition to 9 classic gin botanicals like juniper, coriander, and orange peel. This unique combination creates a complex flavour profile that reflects the natural environment of Islay. The gin is distilled slowly in a Lomond pot still, which allows the delicate flavours of the botanicals to be preserved.
Nose
Fresh and floral with aromas of juniper, citrus peel, and herbal notes, combined with hints of mint, wildflowers, and a touch of earthiness.
Palate
Smooth and complex, featuring a mix of citrus, mint, apple, and a subtle blend of floral and herbal elements, including heather and thyme.
Finish
Long and crisp, with lingering notes of citrus, herbs, and a gentle, warming spice.
