The Botanist Islay Dry Gin is a premium, artisanal gin produced by the Bruichladdich Distillery on the Scottish island of Islay. It is crafted using 22 hand-foraged botanicals from Islay, in addition to 9 classic gin botanicals like juniper, coriander, and orange peel. This unique combination creates a complex flavour profile that reflects the natural environment of Islay. The gin is distilled slowly in a Lomond pot still, which allows the delicate flavours of the botanicals to be preserved.
