BALLINDALLOCH THE CASTLE
Ballindalloch 'The Castle' Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a limited small-batch release crafted in collaboration with Sunday Times best-selling author John Sutherland. This special whisky pays tribute to Ballindalloch Castle, which inspired Sutherland’s thrilling novel, 'The Castle', set on a fictional Highland estate.
Matured in a mix of first and second-fill bourbon casks, with a portion finished in ex-peated casks, it delivers a smooth, honeyed malt character layered with ripe orchard fruits, gentle oak, and a whisper of smoke.
Bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill filtered, and natural in colour.
Each bottle purchased comes complete with a copy of the novel, offering a truly immersive experience of Highland heritage and storytelling.
