GLASGOW 1770 PEATED CASK STRENGTH BATCH #2
Glasgow 1770 Peated Cask Strength Batch 02 is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky from The Glasgow Distillery, released in November 2024. This expression is crafted from malted barley peated to 50 ppm using mainland peat from Aberdeenshire. The whisky is double-distilled, matured in virgin American white oak casks, and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
Bottled at 60.7% ABV, Batch 02 is limited to 1,000 bottles. It showcases a rich, smoky character with notes of BBQ sauce, tobacco leaf, and smoked Iberico ham, complemented by sticky poached plums, dried apricots, and flamed orange zest.

Nose
