Nose
The aroma is vibrant and sweet, featuring rich honey and vanilla, accompanied by white chocolate, icing sugar, poached pear, desiccated coconut, and freshly sawn oak.
Palate
On the palate, it is vibrant, clean, and fresh, with notes of vanilla custard, creamed coconut, poached pear, runny honey, crisp green apple, cocoa powder, white chocolate, cinnamon, and white pepper.
Finish
The finish is crisp and a little short, with sweet and fruity characteristics fading rapidly to leave drying oak and peppery spices, complemented by a twist of lemon zest.
