Crafted from Raasay’s spirit, distilled using unpeated Concerto barley grown on Arbikie’s Highland estate, the whisky has matured in ex-Woodford Reserve Rye Whiskey casks.
This collaboration represents a bold departure from Raasay’s signature lightly peated style, showcasing vibrant notes of banana, pine sap, and mint chocolate.
