Perspective No. 01 is a snapshot of Jura’s island spirit. Brought together through a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels and sherry casks, it highlights core elements of the distillery character, featuring notes of stone fruit, assorted dried citrus, wildflower honey and toasted walnut.

Nose
Fresh and inviting, with ripe stone fruit to the fore, followed by notes of dried citrus peel, wildflower honey and a gentle nuttiness from toasted walnut.
Palate
Soft, fruity and well balanced. Juicy orchard and stone fruits are complemented by honeyed sweetness and subtle sherry richness, with Bourbon casks adding warmth, vanilla and structure.
Finish
Elegant and lingering, with fading citrus, light oak spice and a delicate nutty dryness that leaves the palate refreshed and poised for the next sip.
