The Strathmill 33-Year-Old 1991 (Cask 2147) is a distinguished single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled by Woodrow's of Edinburgh. Distilled on 10th May 1991, it underwent an extensive maturation period, initially in a sherry hogshead before being re-racked into a refill hogshead, culminating in its bottling on 14th May 2024. This limited release comprises only 157 bottles, each presented at a cask strength of 49.7% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring, ensuring an authentic tasting experience.
