Noughty Chenin / Chardonnay is a beautifully crafted, low-alcohol white wine that balances crisp freshness with elegant complexity.

Grape Variety: 55% Chenin Blanc and 45% Chardonnay.​

Origin: Harvested from dryland-farmed vineyards in the Western Cape region of South Africa, strategically planted on south-west facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean.​

Vinification: Grapes undergo 14 days of fermentation at 14-15°C, handled reductively to prevent oxidation and lock in fruitiness. The wine is left on lees for two months to add complexity before dealcoholisation using gentle spinning cone technology.​
