RENACER REPASSO MALBEC
Bodegas Renacer Repasso Malbec is a unique expression of Malbec from the Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina. It employs the Ripasso method, inspired by Italian winemaking, where partially dried grapes are added to the fermentation, giving the wine extra depth, concentration, and complexity. This process results in a richer, more intense style of Malbec.
Nose
Aromas of ripe black cherries, plums, and dried figs, with layers of spice, dark chocolate, and a hint of tobacco and leather.
Palate
Full-bodied and rich, offering deep flavours of black fruit, such as blackberry and plum, combined with dried fruits, cocoa, and hints of vanilla and baking spices. The structure is bold, with well-integrated tannins providing a smooth texture.
Finish
Long and powerful, with lingering dark fruit, dried fig, and a touch of spice, leaving a lasting impression of richness and depth.
