MAN O' SWORD 10YO CASK 103
Matured in a single Fresh ex-Bourbon cask and bottled at cask strength (58.6%), Cask 103 was one of the first casks filled at Annandale in 2014 after commencing production. This single fresh ex-Bourbon cask creates a beautifully balanced whisky, allowing Annandale’s unmistakable distillery character of orchard fruits to shine through and be perfectly complemented by the sweetness of the cask and the smokiness of the peated malted barley.
Nose
Crisp green apples, pears and barbecue smoke.
Palate
Orchard fruits meet candied fruits and sweet brown sugar.
Finish
Long and warming, with sweet orchard fruits giving way to more barbecue and wood smoke.
