Lagg “Palo Cortado” Small Batch 2025 is a bold island single malt from the Isle of Arran’s southern distillery, initially matured in bourbon barrels and finished in rare ex-Palo Cortado sherry casks. Bottled at 56.2% ABV, non-chill-filtered and natural colour, this release delivers nutty oxidative richness, bonfire ash and glycerin-smooth malt character. With peated spirit underpinning the depth, it offers a rare fusion of period smoke and sherry-cask elegance—crafted for the serious whisky lover.
