At Ardgowan, they are passionate about Sherry cask maturation. This exceptional cask sets the stage for the Single Malt they are laying down at the distillery. Distilled at Ben Nevis Distillery in 2014, cask number 800040 was matured on-site at Ardgowan Distillery to allow its flavour development to be closely monitored by Whisky Maker Laura Davies. Bottled at a cask strength of 60.0% ABV, non-chill filtered and without added colouring. This is a limited edition of just 327 bottles.
