Rejuvenated in 2001 by a group of enthusiasts led by Mark Reynier, Simon Coughlin, and Jim McEwan, Bruichladdich has since positioned itself at the forefront of whisky innovation. Emphasising transparency, the distillery uses 100% Scottish barley, with some expressions made from Islay-grown barley, highlighting its dedication to local produce and terroir. Bruichladdich's approach to whisky making is experimental yet respectful of tradition, resulting in a wide array of distinctive styles that challenge and delight the palate.
