Galloway Gold was the brewery’s first lager and remains one of Sulwath’s best-known beers. Brewed with quality lager and wheat malts, continental Saaz hops and Galloway’s naturally soft water, it is fresh, crisp and highly refreshing. Clean malt flavours are complemented by a traditional herbal hop character and a gentle touch of citrus on the finish. A characterful local alternative to mass-produced lager, best enjoyed properly chilled.
