Using local Noble Fir needles and Bladderwrack Seaweed, this gin opens with juniper and is balanced by notes of forest fir, tropical fruit, citrus spice, tangy sherbet, and a subtle hint of the shoreline.

As one of the few gins in Scotland distilled using its own spirit, the process begins with locally sourced wheat and water, combined in a meticulous seven-day fermentation. This extended process enhances character and mouthfeel. While it requires more time, energy, cost, and expertise, crafting a gin that truly embodies the essence of 'craft' remains a priority.
