Nose
Golden syrup, crystallised pineapple, milk chocolate, toasted Jamaica ginger cake, caramelised peach, rum-soaked raisins and a soft wisp of peat smoke.
Palate
Bold and uplifting: banana milkshake and mango, spiced plum compote, dark raisins, salted caramel-licorice, with savory dried heather and embers of bonfire peat.
Finish
Long and warming: vibrant fruit slowly fades into a gentle peat-smoke tail, pepper spice and dry, savoury ash.
