This rare Lowland single malt is crafted from the 2012 distillation season at the family-run Daftmill Farm Distillery. Bottled in summer 2025, it showcases the delicate elegance and agricultural character that defines Daftmill’s seasonal releases. Matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels, the whisky offers exceptional depth and freshness, reflective of its slow distillation and natural farm-to-bottle origins. A true collectors' release in limited quantities.
