Williams & Humbert's Walnut Brown is a rich, dark, and sweet sherry produced in the Jerez region of Spain by the renowned sherry house Williams & Humbert. Known for its full-bodied and indulgent profile, Walnut Brown is classified as a Cream sherry, combining the richness of Oloroso sherry with a touch of sweetness from the Pedro Ximénez grape.

This sherry is crafted primarily from the Palomino grape, which undergoes extensive ageing in American oak casks using the traditional solera and criadera system. The inclusion of Pedro Ximénez enhances its complexity and adds layers of sweetness, resulting in a wine that is both luscious and deeply aromatic.

Colour: Deep mahogany with a beautiful amber rim, reminiscent of polished walnut wood.

It is best served slightly chilled and makes an excellent dessert wine.
