This Verdejo is crafted from two separate harvests to achieve a harmonious balance of flavour and texture. The earlier harvest provides fresh, herbaceous notes, while the slightly later harvest adds ripe, exotic fruit characteristics. The final blend results in an aromatic, fresh wine with a silky texture.
