Wine Tasting at The Bank Restaurant

Join us at The Bank Bar & Tapas Restaurant on Thursday 22nd January for our first wine tasting of 2026, featuring wines from Bodegas Care in Spain.

On the night, guests will enjoy a carefully curated selection of six wines from Bodegas Care, showcasing the character and diversity of Spanish winemaking, thoughtfully paired with a four-course tapas-style menu. The evening will conclude with a PX Sherry, offering a rich and indulgent finish.

Toasted Brie, Parma ham, fig, pistachio and hot honey

Sherry-braised pork cheek, apple gel and celeriac purée

Chicken saltimbocca ballotine with Madeira & sage pan juices, Parmesan potato purée and roasted garlic tenderstem broccoli

White chocolate fudge with freeze-dried raspberries

Arrival is from 6.45pm, with the tasting commencing promptly at 7.15pm.
