Sandeman Sherry Don Fino Superior Fino is a premium dry white wine made from Palomino grapes cultivated in Sandeman's own vineyards in the finest areas of the Jerez region. Aged in a Solera for a minimum of five years under the "flor" (a layer of yeast), this delicate Fino Sherry develops its distinctive character during maturation.

Tasting Notes

A pale straw yellow with hints of green and gold, bright and clear in appearance. The aroma is aromatic and intensely pungent, reflecting the influence of maturation under "flor." On the palate, it is light, fresh, and delicate, with a crisp, dry finish.
