HINE RARE VSOP
Hine Rare Brandy is a high-quality Cognac produced by the House of Hine, a prestigious French cognac producer. Officially known as Hine Rare VSOP, this cognac is a blend of over 20 eaux-de-vie (distilled wines) from the Grande and Petite Champagne regions of Cognac, two of the top areas for cognac production. The "VSOP" designation means it is aged for a minimum of 4 years in oak barrels, but Hine Rare typically uses eaux-de-vie that are aged longer, offering a more refined and complex profile.
Nose
Elegant and floral, with aromas of ripe apricot, pear, and hints of vanilla, complemented by subtle oak and a touch of spice.
Palate
Smooth and well-balanced, featuring flavours of honey, dried fruits, and vanilla, with a soft spice and light oak influence.
Finish
Long and refined, with lingering notes of fruit, vanilla, and a delicate hint of spicy oak.
