LEDAIG RIOJA FINISH
Ledaig Rioja Cask Finish is a smoky single malt from Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, taking Ledaig’s peppery, coastal peat and layering it with rich, wine-cask fruit. Made with heavily peated barley, it’s matured in ex-bourbon casks then finished in hand-selected Rioja casks, adding a juicy red-berry and spiced sweetness to the maritime smoke.

Nose
Turkish delight and rose petals with candied fruits/red grapes, leather, dark chocolate and a crack of black pepper, backed by coastal smoke.
Palate
Creamy and malty (almond/barley) with peppery peat, moving into raspberries, vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon spice and a grassy lift.
Finish
Warming and lingering — savoury peat and spice with a sweeter red-fruit echo and a gently salty, coastal fade.
