Maturation:
"Ode to the Valley" is matured in a combination of ruby Port casks from Portugal's Douro Valley and the distillery's signature sherry casks. This dual maturation imparts a rich, fruit-forward character to the whisky, harmonising the sweetness of Port with the depth of sherry influence.
