This expression combines the intensity of Islay peat with the warmth and depth of sherry, offering a complex and layered dram that's both smoky and sumptuously sweet.

Nose
Powerful medicinal peat aromas dominate, accompanied by dried herbs, vanilla, plums, and lapsang souchong tea.
Palate
A robust and oily mouthfeel reveals charred mango, dried fruits, stewed apples, and peppermint. These flavours are complemented by nutmeg, BBQ embers, and roasted nuts.
Finish
The finish is long and smoky, with lingering sweetness from the sherry cask influence, leaving notes of syrupy honey and toffee.
