Ayala Brut Majeur is the signature non-vintage cuvée of Champagne Ayala, crafted from over 70 crus across the six terroirs of Champagne. Dominated by Chardonnay, it maintains purity and elegance with minimal intervention in micro-vinified stainless steel vats. Aged at least three years on lees and dosed lightly (6 g/L), it combines delicate finesse with vibrant citrus, white fruit, and floral character—a refined choice for aperitif or pairing throughout a meal.
