WENTE BEYER RANCH ZINFANDEL
Wente Vineyards' Beyer Ranch Zinfandel 2019 is a classic California Zinfandel from the Livermore Valley.
Winemaking Details:
Blend: 83% Zinfandel, 17% Petite Sirah.
Fermentation: Each variety was fermented separately in small stainless steel fermenters with thrice-daily pump-overs to maximize flavor and color extraction.
Aging: Aged for 18 months in 50% new and 50% used French oak barrels.
This wine pairs well with dishes like bacon-wrapped figs, stuffed mushrooms, or lamb meatballs.
