Amalaya Blanco is a distinctive white blend from the Calchaquí Valley in Salta, Argentina, produced by Amalaya. The 2024 vintage combines 85% Torrontés and 15% Riesling, sourced from high-altitude vineyards situated at approximately 1,800 meters above sea level. The grapes are manually harvested between January and February 2024, ensuring optimal ripeness and quality.
